Room Reservation System
The Room Reservation System can be used to make reservations for study rooms and other spaces within the law school. Reservations are limited to current law students, faculty, and staff. Please review the space policies and guidelines before reserving a space.
The Sturm College of Law has 24 study rooms for student use. By reserving a studyroom, all faculty, students, and staff of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law agree to adhere to the following policies and guidelines, until further notice:
- Only students, faculty, and staff of the College of Law and its affiliated programs may use study rooms.
- Rooms designated as Individual or Group rooms may be reserved by one or more people. Rooms designated as Group rooms may only be reserved by 3 or more people.
- Study rooms located in the library are designated as group rooms.
- When signing up for a room there is a 3-hour limit for the entire student group.
- Groups may reserve rooms up to two weeks in advance. All study rooms not reserved are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Individuals of Groups who reserve study rooms but whose plans change are expected to cancel their reservation
- Individuals are free to study in unreserved study rooms but must yield the room if requested by someone with a valid study room reservation form.
- Groups that include at least one wheelchair have a priority in reserving Study Rooms #146, 245, and 372. If a group does not include an individual with a mobility impairment, it should not reserve disabled access rooms (unless there are no other rooms available).
- Study rooms within the library must be vacated when the library closes.
- Faculty, Staff, and Teaching Assistants who need to reserve study rooms should contact Student Affairs if they are uncertain as to the procedures or rules that apply to them.
- It is not the intent of these guidelines to anticipate every possible scenario. Law students are adults and expected to act in a way that is consistent with the honor code. Abuse of rooms by individuals or groups will be handled by Student Affairs. Please report abuses of this policy to Student Affairs at (303) 871-6108. If systemic abuses appear, this policy may be modified to prevent continued abuse.

PURPOSE: To ensure that study rooms are available for use by students of the SCOL and its affiliated programs for group study/project purposes; to maximize the use of the study rooms to the greatest benefit of students, and to encourage students to think ahead regarding their need for use of study rooms.
Instructions for booking a space:
- Navigate to the date you want to reserve using the Go to Button.
- For information about the room, click on the Info button.
- Click on the first time slot you wish to reserve.
- At the bottom of the grid, click on the drop-down menu and choose the end time for your reservation.
- Read the Terms & Conditions and select the Continue button to proceed with your reservation.
- Fill out the form and select the Submit my Booking button
You will receive a confirmation email with a special code. Bring the email and code to the space. You are required to scan the QR code you find in the study room, seat or other space. When you scan the QR code, it will ask you for the code.
