CLR Case Law Research I: Sections 3A

Case law research is an integral part of legal research, which requires knowledge of the legal system and types of authority. Cases I introduces you to the hierarchy and structure of the court system, how to differentiate between binding and persuasive authority, and the different components of a court decision.
